How Is Flux Licensed?
- Flux is licensed per the number of cores available on the physical or virtual server where Flux is installed.
- Flux agents are licensed per server.
- Any number of workflows can be executed or defined on a Flux installation.
- There are no per user or per workflow charges.
- Flux is licensed either as a:
- Perpetual license. The initial purchase also requires the purchase of a year of annual support and maintenance.
- Subscription billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. Subscription licenses include support and maintenance.

This license allows running the Flux application at all times, but does not allow running production workflows unless the production application is unavailable due to a system or network outage. |

Quality Assurance (QA) / Testing | Per individual physical or virtual server and available processor cores: 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 128+ | Quality Assurance licensed servers require Flux to be restarted every 28 days. Deployed on a single (physical or virtual) computer running a single operating system that is used for quality assurance purposes, such as performance, integration, or system testing. |
